This past Saturday, students from Radians School came together not for a class or a grade, but for something greater. United by purpose, they joined the International Coastal Cleanup at Pozuelos Beach in the community of Guayama, where they made a meaningful impact on our local environment. These young leaders didn’t just collect trash, they embraced responsibility, hope, and a sense of purpose. Their actions reflected the true spirit of service, along with the values of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork, proving that when we work together, we can achieve something truly powerful.

With gloves, bags, and a spirit of determination, they collected debris and waste from the shoreline, helping to restore one of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful coastal areas. Yet their impact went beyond the physical cleanup—their presence demonstrated leadership, responsibility, and a genuine sense of hope for a better future.

This meaningful experience also offered students the chance to practice the values we nurture at Radians School: responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. They discovered that service is not only about completing a task but about embracing a mindset of care, respect, and dedication to others. These lessons will stay with them long after the sand and waves of Pozuelos Beach.
We also extend a heartfelt thank you to the Municipality of Guayama for their support and collaboration. Their help made this effort smoother, safer, and truly impactful. This day wasn’t just about cleaning up—it was about showing up. For the environment. For the community. For the future.
