For the very first time, Radians School created a project that united Preschool, Primary, and High School students in a shared learning experience. During our 2025 Career Day, we decided to do something truly different. We believed that learning from one another is powerful, and from a brainstorming session between Prof. Denisse Colón (Third Grade) and Prof. Vanelvis Medina (Preschool), a wonderful idea was born.

The plan was simple but magical: our Seniors from the Aura Class of 2026, guided by their English teacher, Prof. Elizabeth Rivera, stepped into the role of mentors for our youngest learners. They prepared colorful, creative, and interactive stations where they presented the careers they plan to pursue in college opening a window of dreams and possibilities for the little ones.
Our Seniors went beyond sharing knowledge about their future goals; they became role models and sources of inspiration for students from Pre-Pre-K through Third Grade. They led engaging activities connected to their professions, showcased their creativity through posters and materials, shared meaningful insights from their internships, and patiently answered the children’s curious questions.

A Day of Exploration
The activity went beyond traditional presentations. Each station was carefully designed to combine research with hands-on experiences, giving younger students a chance to explore potential future careers in an engaging and fun way.

Career Day 2025 reminded us that when students teach, lead, and inspire each other, they help build a community where every dream has the chance to take flight.
